Who is Nancy?

Nancy is a very passionate unique individual who believes we are all born movers. She believes her purpose here is to get as many Humans moving, playing and reaching their full potential as possible.
She truly believes the world would be a much more peaceful and community based place to live in if we all understood the importance of moving more mindfully.
Movement has always been a massive part of Nancy’s life. From joining every sports club she could as a child to finding and committing to breakdancing at 10years old. She loved the freedom of movement she experienced in breaking and decided to go on and train as a dancer exploring further styles.
She trained at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts for a year before deciding to explore what the world had to offer performing, learning and sharing in hotels and parks in Egypt, Corfu, Rhodes, China, Dubai and more.
Her work abroad included entertaining in hotels, holding kids discos, teaching stretch classes, water aerobics, dancing and hosting game shows and so much more.
Nancy spent a couple of seasons in Dubai’s Global Village where she held her own breakdance workshops for the children and was a street performer around the park. In her second season Global Villages Stunt Show caught her eye. This inspiration led her to Seattle, USA where she trained at a stunt school in august 2019.
From this an opportunity to work in a Live Action Stunt Show in China came up. She flew straight from China back to Dubai where she was invited to perform in the show that originally caught her eye earlier that year.
Three weeks into the show Nancy had an accident mid show falling 30ft. She was very lucky to survive the accident only shattering her heels and a rope burn on her hand.
This was a turning point in Nancys career, she calls it her Rebirth.
Nancy had an operation having metal screws and plates put into her heels. she was in a wheelchair for 11 weeks and describes this moment in her life as the best time of her life.
She took on the physical challenge and this experienced changed her perspective on movement as a whole, having a more mindful approach.
She turned her pain into her power and now teaches Humans of all ages a variety of movement including Handstand Workshops, Kids Yoga, Balance and Play and more.
Nancy hopes to keep reintroducing play back into adults lives and to also help the younger generation by educating them on how to heal holistically and the effects of social media.
